Weβre looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Listings & Client Support VA to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in real estate support, marketing, and client coordination, who can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
π Database Management:
Maintain and organize records for listings, clients, and agents. Track sales/rental reports and securely archive data.
π£ Marketing & Outreach
Plan and execute outreach strategies, including social media promotions, paid ad campaigns, and strategic partnerships to market listings.
π‘ Property Support & Logistics
Coordinate showing schedules, assist with open house planning, and track renovation or repair progress. Keep stakeholders updated with timely communication.
π Contract-to-Close Coordination
Oversee the contract-to-close process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with vendors and partners. Monitor timelines and documentation.
π Daily Reporting & Communication
Submit start-of-day and end-of-day reports, as well as weekly summaries. Maintain clear and proactive communication about workload and availability.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Familiarity with CRM platforms, MLS systems, and transaction coordination tools
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and paid ad campaign strategies
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, responsive, and reliable
