The successful candidate will play a critical role in analysing data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes to enhance the delivery of healthcare services at home. Job Responsibilities
Data Collection and Management
Assist in gathering healthcare data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support the development and regular maintenance of a centralised database.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Create and manage dashboards, and produce regular reports to communicate performance metrics and programme outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational needs.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate and work closely with medical professionals, IT/data teams, and ops/admin managers, to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Conduct exploratory analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform healthcare strategies and improve processes.
Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or other relevant Health Sciences majors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data visualization techniques. Experience in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable. Knowledge of R, or similar analytical tool is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for working with large datasets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or data analysis role is a plus, but not required.
