Job description

Rocket Tech School is a global online school of programming and digital creativity for children aged 5–17. Our students come from over 40 countries, including the USA, Germany, and Israel. We are a fast-growing startup with a passionate and international team β€” and we’re looking for talented Sales Managers to join us remotely.


πŸ’Ό What you’ll be doing:

  • Join short live video calls at the end of trial lessons conducted by our educators. Your task: present the school, guide parents through our programs, and help them choose the best fit.
  • Communication split: approx. 30% video calls, 40% chat (messengers), 30% phone conversations.
  • Focus on creating a friendly and supportive experience β€” we help parents make informed decisions without aggressive tactics.


βœ… Who we’re looking for:

  • 6+ months of experience in sales or customer success (any product or service).
  • Familiarity with basic sales techniques and objection handling.
  • Confident, clear, articulate verbal communication in English (fluency required).
  • Comfortable with continuous client communication during work hours.
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to reflect on conversations.
  • Motivated to grow β€” open to learning, reading, and improving in sales.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Have a stable remote setup: quiet place, headset, camera, and reliable internet.

  • Experience in EdTech or online schools.
  • Previous work with CRM systems (e.g., AmoCRM, AlfaCRM).
