We are seeking experienced, passionate, Talent Operations professionals to join our team on a seasonal basis. The Talent Operations Coordinator is a key partner in managing recruiting, hiring, and HR operations activities while building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Often providing candidates with their first impression of eHealth, this role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless and efficient hiring experience. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What you will do:

 

Talent Operations and Onboarding Support: 

·       You will schedule a high volume of interviews, primarily remote via Teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 

·       You communicate with candidates regarding recruiting status, providing updates via phone and email. 

·       You review background checks, follow up with candidates as needed, and coordinate with other teams to finalize decisions. 

·       You will create and maintain recruitment trackers, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date. 

·       You process hiring details and employee updates within HR systems. 

·       You will coordinate post-interview debrief meetings to align hiring decisions. 

·       You will identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and improve scheduling efficiency. 

·      You assist in additional recruiting activities as required. 

·       You will conduct virtual employment verifications and ensure timely, accurate completion of Form I-9. 

·       You support Day 1 New Hire Orientation to ensure a positive onboarding experience. 

HR Operations Support: 

·       You will provide support to HR Ops Analysts through administrative tasks and special projects. 

·       You act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and leave of absence. 

·       You suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. 

·       You collaborate with non-HR teams on cross-functional projects as needed. 

 

What you have: 

·       You have exceptional customer service focus, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

·       Have a Bachelor’s degree. 

·       You have at least 1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related customer service role. 

·       You have proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, especially Excel and Word. 

·       You must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Workday, or other HRIS platforms. 

·       You have a solid understanding of HR and employment laws. 

·       You have exposure to project management tools and workflows. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

·       You have strong calendar management and scheduling skills. 

·       You have experience processing background checks. 

·       You have excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities. 

·       You have strong oral and written communication skills.
