**Minimum Requirements**
Bachelor\'s degree in education, business, or related field, required and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
A minimum of 5 years designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.
Excellent communication skills and be able to articulate clearly verbally and in writing.
Ability to learn new skills and material quickly and apply them to daily job responsibilities.
Highly computer literate with advanced experience in Microsoft
Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Outlook and LMS system
(preferred).
Proven track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Team player with a positive attitude who are able and willing to help others.
Comfortable with presenting in-person and virtual training courses.
Experience leading/conducting in person training sessions.
Developed and delivered online and in-person training presentations for both formal and informal training programs and sessions.
Typing speed of 35 or more words per minute, with 90% or greater accuracy -
**Preferred Requirements**
