About the role

Reporting to the Head of Assessment, lead delivery of high-stakes Fellowship exams (written and clinical formats), manage a team and budget, and drive process innovation. You’ll work closely with clinical advisors and key stakeholders including internal teams, vendors, and exam candidates.

As our Fellowship Exams Lead, you'll:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of Fellowship exams (AKT, KFP or CCE), ensuring quality, consistency, and risk management.
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and cross-functional support across exam modalities.
  • Drive innovation and data-driven initiatives to enhance exam efficiency, candidate experience, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee scheduling, task allocation, budgets, vendor contracts, and strategic planning, aligning processes with RACGP policies and assessment best practice.
