AI ML Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled AI/ML Developer to join our remote engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven applications, with a strong grasp of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance tuning. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML capabilities into real-world solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions
• Work with data scientists and engineers to preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Implement model evaluation metrics and improve performance based on business goals
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate models into production systems
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI/ML technologies and frameworks
• Document processes, models, and experiments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and linear algebra
• Version control using Git

Nice to Have:

• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker)
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting
• API development and deployment experience (Flask, FastAPI)
