While mostly virtual, we collaborate closely to produce leading-edge software solutions much needed in the restaurant industry.

Qu is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Solutions to lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives that support key enterprise clients. This role is essential to the execution of mission-critical programs, ranging from the rollout of Qu-native ordering infrastructure to enabling accurate and trusted enterprise data systems. You'll be the connective tissue between engineering, product, and client-facing teams, ensuring seamless execution across highly visible strategic projects.

At Qu You Will

  • Own the day-to-day program operations across cross-functional teams, aligning timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point across Qu Engineering, Product, Implementation, and external partner teams (e.g., data and analytics partners).
  • Support pilot deployments and phased rollouts, managing dependencies, risks, and resource planning across engineering and operations teams.
  • Establish program-level reporting and dashboard visibility to communicate status, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive structured issue resolution processes, ensuring critical issues (e.g., ordering exceptions, data discrepancies) are triaged and resolved effectively.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, planning sessions, and feedback loops across internal and client-facing teams.
  • Champion documentation and operational rigor to ensure repeatable success as projects scale.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a SaaS, platform, or enterprise software setting.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex technical initiatives across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery processes and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Experience in stakeholder management, with a clear and confident communication style across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with backend platform development, APIs, or enterprise data systems is a strong plus.
  • Comfort operating in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and proactive in identifying and managing risks.
  • Bonus: experience in restaurant tech, POS platforms, or enterprise integration programs.

Preferred Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • API Design & Integration: RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, webhook-based architectures
  • Cloud Platforms & Infra: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch), GCP
  • Data & Reporting Pipelines: SQL, ETL tools, basic data modeling concepts
