What You’ll Do
As our first dedicated Customer Success & Implementation Lead, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping how customers experience DualEntry from day one. You’ll lead onboarding, support ERP migrations (Sage, NetSuite, etc.), and serve as the main point of contact during implementation.
You’ll be at the intersection of product, customer success, and accounting — acting as both a trusted advisor to our clients and a key voice in improving our product.
