Job description

This role is a bit of a mix between a Hiring Manager and a Human Resources go-to in the company. You should be comfortable on interviews and be good at reading people for if they are a right fit at our company. You should also be a team-first person who is going to be the #1 resource internally for team member onboardings and any other internal HR related tasks.

We’re a team of ~ 50 including Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, Copywriters, Designers, Klaviyo Technicians organized into pods. Senior Account Managers oversee the client success of 3-4 pods. Each pod is led by an Account Manager and includes a Copywriter, Designer, and Klaviyo Technician.
