Web Designer (with Web Optimization Focus)

We're on the hunt for a Web Designer who not only creates clean, modern, user-friendly designs but also knows how to make websites perform. This role focuses on actively building, rebuilding, and maintaining multiple websites. You will focus on making them better every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, update, and maintain beautiful, responsive websites
• Continuously optimize site speed, mobile experience, and overall performance
• Support marketing and content teams with design needs that are focused on results
• Analyze site performance with the team and suggest improvements
• Ensure all websites reflect brand identity and business goals
• Help us turn visitors into leads through smart, strategic design

What You Bring

• Web design experience
• A portfolio that shows both strong design sense and attention to performance
• Experience with platforms like WordPress or similar
• Understanding of web optimization and CRO principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly in a remote team
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about solving problems

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing tools or analytics platforms
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
