Job description

Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work days: Monday - Friday

Salary: $5 - $7 per hour starting offer depending on experience & performance (with increase)


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our outbound sales efforts. The primary responsibility of this role is to initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling and cold emailing, with the goal of booking qualified meetings for our senior sales representatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are results-driven, proactive, and have a strong command of the English language to join a fast-paced, growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, with an average call time of 3 to 6 minutes
  • Execute cold email outreach campaigns to support call efforts
  • Utilize provided contact lists via the Apollo platform (CRM and database)
  • Engage decision-makers such as Safety Managers, HR Managers, and Risk Managers across labor-intensive industries including construction, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, and transportation
  • Set qualified appointments for senior sales representatives (closers) by identifying interest and pain points
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in Apollo CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads


Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills; minimal accent preferred
  • Previous experience in business development, appointment setting, or outbound sales is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection
  • Experience with Apollo or similar CRM platforms is a plus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented


Basic Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Be able to submit an NBI clearance or Local Police Clearance background check if requested.
  • Must be available for video meetings with your camera on.
  • Must have no other clients during required work hours.


Technical Requirements:

  • Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
  • Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
  • Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
  • Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.


Additional Requirements:
