Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled, and ambitious Senior Product Owner to join our growing HTD Health team at our new branch in Buenos Aires! You will be one of the first team members at the new location and will take part in establishing our HTD team in Argentina. We need you to be open to continuous delivery and development in:
Analyze, gather and document business & functional requirements (Product Vision, Roadmap, Product Backlog)
Collaborate with business, developers and QA through all phases of the product development lifecycle (e.g. scoping, gathering requirements, design, development, QA, deployment) to deliver the best quality products
Manage the Product Backlog prioritization – Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Ensure internal and external product stakeholders needs /expectations are met and promote transparency between all stakeholders
Keep updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Experience in conducting the discovery process
Demonstrated use of best practices, which will be a reference for others and sets the quality standards
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1+)

Working experience in Agile/Scrum development environment
Experience in identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping, and other techniques

Can focus on what’s important, synthesize complex information simply, and extract the most important insights
