As an Safety and Quality Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures within our aviation organization. You will conduct audits, inspections, and evaluations to identify potential risks, assess operational performance, and recommend improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency across all aspects of our operations.
This role includes travel.
Responsibilities
Routine auditing of Signature AFQC Programs (receiving, storage, and dispensing) against appropriate SOPs
Support, lead, and make recommendations to a team of Auditors and QC Mentors (dotted line relationship)
Respond to FBO-level QC problems
Recommend internal policy changes and implement the same into the network
Respond to aircraft incident events for Fuel QC assurance
Oversee Fuel QC teaching/training programs
Cross-functionally assist Deicing Teams to audit against SOP Manual regularly
Ensure compliance with the Signature Aviation Risk Assessment protocols at each base through regular review and coaching
Build relationships with cross-network safety partners, including trade associations, regulators, and vendors.
Assist and represent Signature Flight Support in special projects and meetings with safety policymakers and industry trade associations.
Drive implementation of new regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors’ degree for a four-year college or university; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Knowledge And Skills
Proven Fuel Quality Control experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is essential.
Previous experience in aviation or related industry/sector is highly desirable.
IT proficient and technically able.
Exceptional organization skills.
Strong communication & listening skills, a team player and innovator.
Willingness to undertake any ongoing or specialist training required to meet the role's needs.
Strong management skills and ability to work with colleagues across the organization at various levels and based in different countries.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Analytical skills are critical.
Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to travel as required, with minimal notice.
