About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled IAM Project Manager to lead and deliver
critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives within the banking sector. This position plays a key role in enhancing system security and compliance during a significant integration of banking and securities operations, amidst evolving regulatory demands.
Your Responsibilities
Lead 4–6 parallel workstreams, managing scope, budget, and delivery timelines.
Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external partners.
Manage cross-functional delivery teams, including developers, analysts, and QA testers.
Define and document project scope, key objectives, and success criteria.
Develop comprehensive project schedules, resource plans, and cost forecasts.
Track project progress, ensure adherence to milestones, and adjust plans as needed.
Communicate status reports regularly and manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
About You
8–10 years of experience managing complex IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs.
Solid expertise in IAM platforms, preferably including One Identity Manager, SailPoint, Oracle, or Microsoft solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with efficiency.
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
Experience driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks tied to IAM (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
Previous experience working within the financial services or banking sector.
Familiarity with risk management methodologies and best practices.
