Project Assistant is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Specialist to support a long-term client in the oil & gas sector. This role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing HubSpot campaigns, workflows, and CRM processes for that client, while also collaborating with our internal team of designers, developers, and marketers. You’ll act as the go-to HubSpot expert, helping drive qualified leads, build automations, and improve campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Build and manage email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and automated sequences in HubSpot.
Collaborate closely with the client to plan and execute marketing strategies tailored to the oil & gas industry.
Manage contact segmentation, lead scoring, and CRM workflows to improve funnel efficiency.
Create performance dashboards and marketing reports using HubSpot analytics tools.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to email, landing pages, and CTAs.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and email marketing best practices.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the client on how to best use HubSpot’s Marketing Hub.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (email, workflows, lists, forms, reports).
Strong understanding of inbound marketing and CRM management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams.
Comfortable working in a structured, technical industry like oil & gas.
HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred.
Should be based in US.
Bonus Points
Experience working at an agency or in a client-facing role.
Familiarity with industrial B2B marketing or complex sales funnels.
Knowledge of HubSpot Sales or CMS Hub.
Experience with lead scoring and attribution reporting.
