Talent Acquisition Manager

The Sourcing Manager is the key position in the team, responsible for generating qualified candidate pipelines by preparing compelling recruitment materials, publishing job ads, and actively sourcing talent through internal and external channels. This role focuses on identifying potential candidates early in the recruitment process, ensuring the company has access to a steady stream of applicants who meet client requirements. The Sourcing Manager works closely with the recruitment team to post jobs, gather referrals, and screen incoming applications to build strong, relevant shortlists for interviews.

    • Prepare Job Descriptions and Ads: Write clear, accurate, and engaging job descriptions and job ads based on internal briefs and client requirements.
    • Create Candidate Questionnaires: Develop tailored application questionnaires to screen for key qualifications, skills, and experience.
    • Publish Jobs on Company Recruitment Platform: Ensure all open roles are promptly published to the internal recruitment system with up-to-date and accurate details.
    • Post Vacancies Across Platforms: Advertise job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms (both paid and unpaid), and other sourcing channels to maximize visibility.
    • Screen and Shortlist Applicants: Review incoming applications and shortlist candidates who meet essential criteria for further review and interview.
    • Revisit Previous Endorsed Candidates: Regularly check older endorsed or previously considered candidates for fit with new vacancies.
    • Mine Existing Talent Pipelines: Proactively review internal pipelines to identify and re-engage candidates suited for current openings.
    • Request Referrals: Ask internal team members, existing candidates, and alumni for referrals to expand sourcing reach and attract quality applicants.
    • Promote a Positive Employer Brand: Represent the company professionally and attract high-quality candidates by maintaining a strong and appealing employer brand.
    • Manage Candidates Through the Recruitment Pipeline: Track and guide candidates from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
    • Keep All Records Up to Date and Accurate: Maintain an organized database of candidate information, interview notes, and recruitment statuses.
    • Effectively Communicate with Colleagues: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful hiring outcomes.
    • Ensure All Candidates Are Aware of Company Terms and Conditions: Clearly communicate contract terms, expectations, and company policies to all applicants.
    Candidate Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in remote recruitment and offshore hiring, 5+ years.
      • Familiarity with sourcing platforms: OLJ, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok.
      • Ability to resolve existing issues and manage multiple roles efficiently.
      • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
      • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to changing hiring needs.
      • Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoho Recruit, WhatsApp, and Canva.
