Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Technical Leader to oversee the architecture, design, and execution of technical solutions across projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong backend development background, proficiency in Node.js, .Net, C#, .Net Core, Java, React, Vue.js, Angular + other Tech Stacks and frameworks, fluency in English. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to serve as a reference point for the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

Define the architecture and technologies for new projects, from pre-sales to implementation.
Collaborate with the company's CTO and Software Architects to exchange and refine architectural solution ideas.
Guide and mentor other Software Developers in the Software Engineering (SE) area for solution implementation.
Serve as a reference and source of technical expertise for the team.
Provide hands-on technical assistance for projects when necessary.
Review the architecture and technology of current projects, proposing and executing improvements.
Advocate for and implement best practices in the software development life cycle.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in backend technologies, including Node.js, .Net, C#, and .Net Core, Java, React, Vue.js, Angular
It's beneficial to have experience in projects that involve mobile development, hybrid or native.
Expertise in software architecture and design principles.

Competencies:

Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities.
