Are you a marketing enthusiast with a passion for e-commerce? We're looking for a talented individual to take charge of our marketing and e-commerce strategy and execution across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, and Romania.

Responsibilities

Define and execute marketing & e-commerce strategies for dedicated markets (CZ, SK, HU, AT, RO).
Achieve planned e-commerce sales results and drive brand presence.
Shape the customer experience throughout the entire sales funnel.
Manage marketing & e-commerce budgets effectively.
Identify new business opportunities in the e-commerce landscape.
Oversee marketing agencies on dedicated markets.
Lead and inspire the marketing team.

Your Profile

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of target markets from an insurance perspective.
Advanced management skills with the ability to lead a team.
Proficient in using sales management tools, software, and applications.
Excellent communication and writing skills in business contexts.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English (min B2); knowledge of Polish or German is a plus.
