We’re currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Regional Business Manager to join our growing team.
The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for driving Net Sales, through regional broker partners, in a profitable manner with all accounts in assigned region. Attainment of annual sales goals, trade-spending, forecasting as well as, specific market share, household penetration growth targets, specific KPI’s & DSMP strategies. They will also be responsible for overall Account / Regional financial management (BluePlanner Trade System - SPF, Deductions, Rack and Slotting). Also responsible for SKU level projections and forecasts monthly, utilizing shipment data and Circana data. Work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Planning and RGM teams on an on-going basis.
What You Will Do
Direct, coordinate and support Broker sales team activities to ensure effective execution of business plans, while building senior level relationships within assigned broker organizations.
Collaborate with internal sales and cross functional departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Planning, Category Management, RGM, and Sales Operations)
Build relationships at senior levels in key customers to maximize PVM results
Using Circana Data to analyze sales trends any potential risks and opportunities is a key tool in our PVM toolbox in addition to a variety of Sales Reports and Budget Summary Reports to help analyze our business. Working in an environment that thrives on addressing risks and opportunities.
Manage PVM DSMP strategies with in assigned customers.
Ability to analyze Syndicated and consumption data to help deliver overall goals
Leveraging Shopper Insights and Category Management principles. Translate Shopper & Customer understanding into winning solutions and execution of Customers Plans.
Responsible for overall Account / Regional financial management (BluePlanner trade system, SPF, Deductions, Rack and Slotting, SG&A, and month forecasting) Work on high profile regional account projects.
Working on account level plans throughout the year to identify opportunities and risks that are highlighted monthly. Following up on opportunities and ideas with internal sales operations and customer planning teams to bring to life for the customer in a profitable manner for PVM.
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the CPG industry
Minimum 3 years of experience in Broker Management
Minimum 3 years of experience developing retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
Ability to develop strategic key account business plans and apply necessary leadership to execute efficiently and effectively. Monitor and measure all aspects of the plans.
High degree of computer skills -Microsoft Office/Excel, Outlook
