Position: RPA & Hyperautomation Engineer III
Location: Serbia
Grade: 11
Job Type: Full-time

 
Responsibilities:
 
• Lead the analysis of customer requirements, providing strategic direction for automation and hyperautomation solutions, leveraging RPA, cloud platforms, and advanced technologies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and teams to design and implement complex RPA and hyperautomation solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Evaluate, optimize, and enhance existing RPA and hyperautomation solutions, guiding junior developers in best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation for diverse stakeholders, focusing on scalability and adaptability.
• Design, document, and implement automated processes using UiPath, Power Automate Cloud/Desktop, Azure and other hyperautomation tools.
• Integrate automation solutions with cloud platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services, AI Services).
• Conduct testing, deployment, and monitoring of automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and optimize automation workflows for both RPA and hyperautomation solutions.
• Drive innovation by researching and implementing emerging hyperautomation technologies, methodologies, and tools (e.g., AI, machine learning, process mining, task mining).
• Mentor junior team members, conducting training sessions, and fostering a knowledge-sharing culture.
• Champion process improvements and automation strategies, providing insights into the potential benefits and ROI of hyperautomation initiatives.
• Engage in strategic discussions with leadership to align hyperautomation initiatives with broader company objectives and cloud strategies.

 
Preferred Skills:
 
• Extensive proficiency in UiPath, Power Automate Cloud/Desktop, and familiarity with hyperautomation tools like process mining platforms (e.g., Celonis, Automation Anywhere Process Discovery).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services,AI Services and Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming languages like C#, Java, Python, or C++.
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex automated and hyperautomation solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of process analysis, optimization, and documentation.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning integration into automation workflows.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to strategize and align hyperautomation solutions with long-term business goals.

 
Required Skills:
 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in RPA or hyperautomation development roles.
• Certification in UiPath, Power Automate, or Microsoft Azure is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
