We’re building the future of retail with a cutting-edge on-demand marketplace app that connects retailers with local customers in real time. Our platform enables users to shop from nearby retailers and receive items at their doorstep instantly.


We’re at the start of our journey and looking for a Growth & Marketing Lead to take the reins on user acquisition and brand awareness. If you're passionate about growth loops, multi-channel campaigns, and building a household name from scratch, this is your chance to join as a founding team member, with meaningful equity upside.


You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy across digital, local, and community-driven channels. You’ll own the full user funnel—from awareness and acquisition to engagement and retention.


Tasks

Growth & User Acquisition



  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.

  • Build and scale acquisition funnels with a focus on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention.

  • Launch referral and ambassador programs to drive organic growth.

  • Run geo-targeted experiments to test and scale city-level acquisition.


Brand & Awareness



  • Develop and execute creative campaigns (digital + IRL) to get our name out across target neighborhoods and communities.

  • Partner with influencers, content creators, and local media to build brand credibility.

  • Create compelling messaging and positioning tailored to local audiences.

  • Own social media presence and work with creators/designers to build consistent and engaging content.


Strategy & Optimization



  • Analyze growth metrics, user behavior, and market feedback to inform strategy.

  • Work closely with product and design to optimize onboarding, UX, and engagement flows.

  • Test, iterate, and scale what works—kill what doesn’t, fast.


Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing for B2C products—preferably in a startup or marketplace setting.

  • Proven success running campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, or similar platforms.

  • Strong grasp of key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, CTR, churn, etc.

  • Experience with brand building, influencer partnerships, and community marketing.

  • A scrappy, creative, test-and-learn mindset—you can work magic with limited budget and big ambition.

  • Bonus: You’ve launched a product or community from scratch, or have growth experience in early-stage startups.
