Position Overview:
The Data Entry Audit Intake Specialist plays a vital role in our Audit & Compliance team by ensuring the accurate and timely entry, classification, and intake of audit-related documentation and data. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working with large volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, organize, and process incoming audit documentation and requests
Enter and verify data across various platforms with high accuracy
Classify documents and assign appropriate codes for audit tracking
Communicate with internal teams to resolve missing or unclear information
Maintain audit logs, data repositories, and intake records
Support auditors and compliance staff with documentation requests
Assist in developing and improving data entry and intake workflows
Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelors degree preferred
13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or audit coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
