Position Overview:

The Data Entry Audit Intake Specialist plays a vital role in our Audit & Compliance team by ensuring the accurate and timely entry, classification, and intake of audit-related documentation and data. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working with large volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, organize, and process incoming audit documentation and requests
  • Enter and verify data across various platforms with high accuracy
  • Classify documents and assign appropriate codes for audit tracking
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve missing or unclear information
  • Maintain audit logs, data repositories, and intake records
  • Support auditors and compliance staff with documentation requests
  • Assist in developing and improving data entry and intake workflows
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelors degree preferred
  • 13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or audit coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with audit processes or compliance environments is a plus
