Responsibilities

As a Talent Intelligence Senior Analyst, you will partner with HR and Operational leaders across the organization delivering and presenting talent and labor market insights while helping create critical strategies at the enterprise and market levels for immediate and future priorities. A key to your success will be your ability to navigate complex data and provide clarity pertaining to the external labor landscape, thereby informing strategic decision-making and guiding workforce efforts. Talent Intelligence at Ascension is part of the Workforce Planning team within HR Data Analytics. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze external talent data and trends by leveraging a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative methods and technology to provide, translate and present data-centric insights in a compelling, easy-to-understand narrative that supports strategic business objectives and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with organizational leaders at all levels to understand business challenges and pain points in order to design and deliver custom research and data that uncovers market and enterprise-wide opportunities and strategies.
  • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis for business objectives and initiatives through narrative reports and/or creating presentations as needed.
  • building strong collaborations and partnerships by Meet with and regularly present to stakeholders and leaders of all levels of the organization while
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) by providing training, coaching, and mentoring to staff on interpreting data and other key HR analytics.
  • Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of Talent Intelligence technologies and take an active role in technology decisions.

Preferences

  • 1+ years of market research, talent intelligence, HR data analytics, or labor economics experience strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of presentation skills to include strong visual, verbal and written communication strongly preferred
  • Experience collaborating across multifunctional groups strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and experience regarding key labor market data sources (eg. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Census Bureau, etc.) or experience leveraging a labor market analytics platform (eg. Lightcast, TalentNeuron, Eightfold, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building strong collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
