Your role at Vantive
As Senior Medical Manager (m/f/d) you provide medical/clinical expertise and serve as the medical subject matter expert for acute therapies to internal and external customers, and assist in resolution of product queries/complaints. You will be the interface between Global Medical Affairs and key functions such as R&D and Marketing.
This role could be home based.
What You'll Be Doing
Represent Worldwide Medical in core team meetings with R&D and Marketing and bring voice of customer/patients to workstreams related to new product development, therapy development and improvement
Develop and deliver relevant medical device technical documents supporting product launch and sustaining activities
Provide clinical and technical product knowledge, including their use and potential misuse, in response to clinical/medical inquiries from internal cross functional teams
Develop/execute internal and external education as well as internal training programs with respect to medical/clinical issues with the product line/therapeutic area
Subject matter expert and clinical evaluator for relevant medical product regulatory requirements
Provide medical writing support to risk/benefit assessment and EU Medical Device Directive/Medical Device Regulation, and other documents as needed
Responsible for coordination, preparation, and/or completion of medical/clinical sections of acute therapy related documents as assigned
Maintain a current familiarity with the published medical literature relating to product line/therapeutic area and serves as a resource regarding clinical trends and their potential impact
Develop strategies and initiatives that improve and streamline current processes with the Global Medical Affairs group and improve scientific data and communication services to internal and external customers
What You'll Bring
Registered nurse with at least 5 years of ICU experience
5 years of working in a Med Tech company or related healthcare industry environment
Ideally experience with the Prismax/Prismaflex system and its therapies such as CRRT and blood purification
Sound scientific clinical approach to medical
Excellent verbal/writing communication skills in English, presentation and teaching skills
being computer literate and able to participate effectively in a cross functional team
Ability to analyze, organize, and react to diverse activities in a changing environment often with time constraints
Capable of working collaboratively and inclusively across diverse cultures
Knowledge of extracorporeal technologies in an acute setting
