Tozers has a strong and effective corporate and commercial team servicing clients locally and nationally and we are looking to recruit a Solicitor or FCILEx to join our team in Exeter. The successful applicant will play a role in servicing our existing client base whilst also contributing to further growth.
Tozers is Lexcel accredited and has in place systems which reflect the requirements of that accreditation. We are used to working alongside public and private management teams and have links with a range of other professional groups.
What you’ll be doing
You will be undertaking all aspects of commercial and corporate law, particularly commercial contract work.
What we’re looking for
You should be comfortable working collaboratively; you will also be able to work independently at all times ensuring that the clients’ needs are paramount. You will also be comfortable with business development.
What you’ll have
You will have between 4 – 6 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial contracts. Expertise of drafting and negotiating IT contracts is essential. Experience of dealing with commercial contract management and procurement would also be helpful. As well as being an effective communicator you will be as passionate as we are about delivering a professional, proactive service to all of our clients.
