Requirements

Minimum four (4) years of complex civil litigation experience

Ability to manage and oversee complex litigation cases, first-chair trials, attend hearings and depositions, draft motions and pleadings, and run point on all other aspects of litigating cases

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an ability to work in high pressure/exciting environment while managing a significant case load

Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent proofreading skills

Exceptional legal research skills

Good judgment, professionalism, proactiveness, and a strong work ethic

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Extensive experience with all stages of litigation, as well as comprehensive knowledge of both Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Good sense of humor and team player.
