Responsibilities
As a Network and computer Systems Administrator with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:
Install, configure, and maintain an organization's LAN, WAN, data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers.
Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems.
Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.
Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses.
Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
Qualifications
Active Top Secret Clearance
U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
BS/BA degree
8 years of network and computer system administrator experience
4 years of the experience with distance learning and knowledge management related technologies
Pay Transparency Statement
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $108,100.00/Yr. - USD $180,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
