The Opportunity
Therapy Tree is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to ONLY supervise SLPA’S. Supervision services include providing 20% direct supervision in the supervisee's first 90 days of employment. Once the first 90 days are completed, supervision services decrease to 10% direct supervision and 10% indirect supervision based upon billable hours completed by the assistant(s). Documentation completed by the assistant(s) must be reviewed and co-signed in adherence to Therapy Tree's policies and procedures for supervision.
Qualifications
Master's degree in degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, or university equivalent
MUST BE AZ LICENSE
MUST be able to supervise assistants
Current AZ SLP licensure
Fingerprint clearance card
Must supply liability insurance
