ASC is looking for an established Sales individual to fill our Outside Sales opening for a Field Specialist - Valves based in Canada covering all Provinces. The Valve Specialist is provided the opportunity to learn or expand upon his/her knowledge of the valve industry and sales knowledge/strategies. Primary Sales are directed toward established Contractors, Engineers and Distributors within the industry.
How You Will Help
Excel at demand generation through professionally demonstrating expertise and solutions selling to achieve a sales target
Build lasting relationships across a broad range of ASC-ES, contractor, distributor and industry constituents
Select, demonstrate and promote the best ASC-ES product solutions for specific end user applications to various customers
Work with distribution facing sales team in ASC-ES to assure sales closure, incremental product placement and achieve sales targets
Develop new contractor and project prospects for the ASC-ES Pipeline
Establish expertise and train key decision makers and users to ensure company-wide buy in for ASC-ES products
Act as the front-line champion for the success of ASC-ES new product rollouts in your given expertise area
Integrate into local trade organizations and associations to leverage contractor relationships for demand generation
Be the product team’s eyes/ears about what is happening in the field from distributors, contractors and competition in your category of expertise
Embrace, utilize and demonstrate fluency in sales technology such as CRM, Tableau and Dodge reporting
Learn about the use of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools and their relevance in selling at ASC-ES
