Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
  • Take part in team activities according to team guidelines
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties
  • Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
  • Maintain records of activities and clients using PLACE Technology
