Summary of the Role:

We are looking for a hungry, sales professional to join the HLTH team. Based in Paris, although working with our European and global team, you will grow the French ecosystem attending HLTH events globally with a focus on HLTH Europe. Your key measure of success will be bringing net new business from the French health tech and digital health ecosystem to HLTH in the form of sponsorship. You will also be accountable for bringing in key French hospital and healthcare systems leaders to HLTH Europe.


This is a high impact and fast-paced client facing role requiring a relationship-based approach. Ideally you will have an understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in Europe. We are looking for someone based in or near to Paris. Whilst you will work remotely, the role will require a lot of face-to-face meetings. It also requires international travel and regular travel to our London office.



Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive and grow event sponsorship revenue by selling to health tech companies based in the Netherlands
  • Self-source leads and new opportunity streams. This is a hunting role.
  • Become the ‘go to’ person for knowledge and network in the Dutchhealthcare and health tech ecosystem
  • Grow spend from existing Dutch sponsors and accounts
  • Recruit leaders from hospital systems to be part of HLTH Europe’s Market Connect programme (hosted buyer equivalent)
  • Gain client insight and feed into our event development strategy to create innovative new propositions and fresh commercial opportunities that are attractive to the Dutch market
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, our competitors, and our client landscape to enable high level credibility to maximise revenue
  • Be an internal advocate for our sponsors, working closely with management, marketing, content, platforms and customer success teams
  • Exceed all event revenue, contract growth and customer number targets

  • Consistent top sales performer with an extensive track record of event sponsorship sales to senior level client contacts

  • Marketing: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Storyblok
