Key responsibilities:
Manage research collaboration and project management with selected third parties related to existing solutions and innovation pipeline documentation.
Participate in statistical analysis of applied research trials and propose innovative concepts for poultry nutrition and health challenges.
Prepare scientific summaries for the technical team and review scientific literature related to ongoing projects.
Provide technical support to the marketing and sales team for commercial trials and data analysis as needed.

Main Functions
Afin d'accompagner le développement de la business unit Nutrition Animale (LAN), LALLEMAND SAS recherche un(e) Chef de Projet R&D Volaille Junior.
Au sein de l'équipe de R&D et relevant du directeur de la R&D appliquée, le chargé de projet aura les principaux rôles et responsabilités suivants :
Gestion de la collaboration de recherche (gestion de projet) avec des tiers sélectionnés en lien avec la documentation continue des solutions existantes et le pipeline d'innovation
Participer à l'analyse statistique d'essais de recherche appliquée
Proposer des concepts innovants pour relever les défis de la nutrition et de la santé des volailles
Prospecter des installations expérimentales, concevoir et discuter des protocoles d'étude à des fins d'accès commercial
Préparer des synthèses scientifiques pour l'équipe technique
Revue de la littérature scientifique liée aux projets suivis
Fournir un soutien technique à l'équipe marketing et commerciale pour la mise en place des essais commerciaux et l'analyse des données si nécessaire
Technical skills
Required
M.Sc. ou doctorat en sciences animales (volaille) ou dans un domaine étroitement connexe avec un fort accent sur la nutrition et la santé des volailles
