We’re hiring skilled blockchain developers to join a long-term project focused on scaling a regulated tokenized financial product across multiple chains.

Join a pioneering team at a leading financial services company to expand and maintain a tokenized money market fund across multiple blockchains (Ethereum, Solana, Aptos, and more). You’ll work on cutting-edge DeFi solutions, smart contract upgrades, and cross-chain integrations in a collaborative, innovative environment.

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a highly technical, globally distributed team responsible for:

Expanding smart contract functionality across multiple chains (Solana, Aptos, Ethereum-compatible networks)
Maintaining and evolving an existing codebase tied to a live financial product
Building internal tooling for testing, upgrades, and monitoring
Collaborating with other developers in daily standups, architecture discussions, and code reviews

Required Skills:

3+ years of blockchain development experience
Hands-on knowledge of at least one of the following:

Solidity + Ethereum-compatible chains (Polygon, Avalanche, Base, etc.)
Rust + Solana
Move + Aptos

Ability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time hours
Dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet
Strong sense of commitment, client focus, and accountability
Fluency in English and strong communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

Experience migrating from one chain to another (e.g., Ethereum → Solana)
Prior work on tokenized assets or financial protocols
Familiarity with additional networks (Polygon, Arbitrum, Sui)
Tooling contributions (testing frameworks, monitoring, upgrade automation)
