Overview


Publicis is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Production Designer to join our creative team. This role demands a sharp eye for visual storytelling, strong photo retouching and photo manipulation abilities, and a collaborative spirit. You will work alongside designers and project management teams to bring creative campaigns to life across a range of digital platforms. We value chemistry and collaboration – we're looking for a designer who communicates effectively with a variety of departments and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.


This is a 12-13 month full time, contract opportunity.


Responsibilities


  • Execute precise photo retouching, compositing, and manipulation work to enhance and
  • transform imagery based on creative briefs and direction.
  • Support senior creative leads by extending established campaign designs across digital
  • media channels including social, web, email, and digital ads.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality
  • and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure creative consistency and timely
  • delivery.
  • Proactively troubleshoot design and technical issues with a problem-solving mindset.


Our ideal candidate should:

  • Be highly skilled in photo editing techniques including color correction, masking,
  • compositing, and visual enhancements.
  • Have an eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Be able to take direction and feedback positively and iterate on creative solutions quickly.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Set high personal standards for creativity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with both creative and non-creative teams.
  • Stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver work on time under tight
  • deadlines.


Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on photo retouching and manipulation.
  • Undergraduate degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography, or a related field.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required.
  • Working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
  • Familiarity with design collaboration tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs/Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Demonstrated artistic ability and a strong portfolio showcasing retouching and
  • compositing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure, detail-driven
  • environment.
