Job description

A cyber security company in Raanana is looking for a talented and motivated Support Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, identifying solutions, and delivering outstanding service to their customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote Tier 3 support for embedded information security solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with client IT and information security teams to build strong relationships and meet their specific needs.
  • Gain a deep understanding of security solutions from various manufacturers to offer expert guidance and support.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in System / IT roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional support and build positive relationships.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
