Hands on SAP knowledge for Cash Application process
Should have knowledge of Collection management & Deduction management process for Europe , US and Canada
Manage Daily processing of cash receipts and postings to customer accounts, including payments lockbox, ACH/Wire along with adjustments for credits, debits, and account write-offs.
Should be okay to work in US shift during Month-End close
Identify daily unapplied amounts, post to customer accounts, follow-up with customer/collector to get remit details
Maintenance of records for auditing purposes (filing remittances, bank statements, approved write offs )
Accurately post all customer payments to their respective accounts receivable promptly, on a daily basis
