About the role: As a DevOps Engineer with Kubernetes experience, you'll be
responsible for implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure with a focus on
containerized environments. You'll apply your knowledge of Kubernetes, container
orchestration, and cloud technologies to support scalable and secure solutions.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
● Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters in AWS environments
● Configure Kubernetes resources and basic custom resources
● Deploy and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC tools
● Support CI/CD pipelines for our GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
● Manage K8s clusters, focusing on upgrades, capacity planning, and security
● Implement monitoring solutions for Kubernetes environments
● Optimize resource allocation for cost efficiency
● Maintain network policies and basic security configurations
● Collaborate with Development teams and System Architects on migration to
Kubernetes
● Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
Education, Experience and Skills:
● Bachelo's degree in Engineering
● 3+ years of Linux experience
● 3+ years of experience in maintaining a SaaS platform
● 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS
● 2+ years of experience with Containers and Kubernetes
● 2+ years of experience using Terraform
● Experience with common Kubernetes resources (Deployments, Services,
ConfigMaps)
● Basic programming skills in one or more high-level languages
● Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
● Familiarity with GitOps tools like ArgoCD
● Knowledge of container networking concepts
● Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
● Understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies
● Must be passionate about automation
