The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in carve-outs, complex program management, and cross-functional leadership in high-growth or transformational environments.

Key Responsibilities

Separation & Integration Leadership

  • Design and lead comprehensive integration and separation strategies, including Day 1 readiness, TSA (Transition Services Agreement) exits, and full transition to standalone operations
  • Negotiate and govern TSAs, establish clear exit plans, and build internal capabilities to sustain operations post-TSA
  • Proactively identify risks, prioritize functional investments, and ensure business continuity across all phases of the carve-out
  • Serve as the point of coordination across all functions to ensure operational readiness and a smooth close

Transformation Program Management

  • Drive large-scale transformation initiatives in partnership with global, cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead program governance, including steering committee facilitation and executive-level reporting
  • Align key workstreams across commercial, finance, supply chain, IT, HR, and other business functions to ensure progress toward transformation milestones

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, delivering insights and structured problem-solving
  • Influence and align internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Create compelling communication strategies and content to support change enablement and strategic storytelling

Operational Optimization

  • Deliver cost synergy targets and support alignment with financial business cases and investment theses
  • Lead hiring efforts, capability development, and documentation of best practices to support repeatable integration success

Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing complex carve-outs, including TSA negotiation and execution
  • Expertise in separating and rebuilding core business functions, particularly in IT, supply chain, and shared services
  • Experience in PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation-intensive environments

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to lead through ambiguity and influence without formal authority
