  • Build scalable recruitment systems to support growth across multiple markets.
  • Utilize workforce forecasting tools to proactively anticipate and address hiring needs.

Executive & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, providing strategic counsel on recruitment matters.

  • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure provider alignment with organizational culture and quality standards.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing, results-driven clinical recruitment team.
  • Set clear KPIs, establish training paths, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Cultivate deep expertise in specialty provider recruitment across diverse healthcare sectors.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards to track key metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, retention, and cost-per-hire.
  • Leverage data insights to guide decision-making and adjust recruitment strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Ensure recruitment analytics are closely aligned with broader organizational goals and performance metrics.

Provider Engagement & Retention

  • Work with HR and Clinical Operations to refine onboarding processes, mentorship programs, and overall provider engagement.
  • Implement retention strategies to improve provider satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Champion a high-quality, mission-aligned experience for all providers throughout their journey with the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile
