From our foundation as a startup in 2013, AirHelp has grown into the world’s largest air passenger rights advocate. We’ve helped countless passengers through our fight for justice. We make claiming compensation straightforward for travelers who are unsure of their rights, lack the time, or lack the expertise to embark on the claims process themselves. To be able to do this, we continuously invest in data and cutting-edge technology to power our easy-to-use website and make our customers’ claims even smoother. We speak 16 languages, and our global staff of over 350 includes the world’s largest team of lawyers specialized in air passenger rights. Combined with local knowledge from a network of law firms across 30 countries, we are uniquely placed to help air passengers all around the world — standing up to airlines at court and campaigning for national governments to introduce fair air travel rights.
AirHelp is the world's leading organization specializing in air passenger rights. Since 2013, we have helped over 16 million travelers secure compensation for flight disruptions, including delays, cancellations, and denied boarding. With a global team of legal, data, and technology experts, we operate at the intersection of consumer protection and travel innovation.
Our mission is to ensure fair treatment for all air passengers by holding airlines accountable under national and international legislation, most notably EU Regulation 261/2004. As a pioneer in the legal-tech space, we combine scalable technology, AI-driven claims processing, and legal action to challenge unfair practices and improve systemic accountability in aviation.
We are seeking an experienced Public Affairs Specialist to lead our advocacy efforts in Brussels. This role focuses on influencing EU policies related to air passenger rights, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring that AirHelp remains at the forefront of policy developments impacting our mission.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with EU institutions, industry associations, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders to advocate for passenger rights.
Advocacy Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive advocacy strategies to influence policy decisions in favor of enhanced air passenger protections.
Communication: Prepare position papers, policy briefs, and consultation responses. Represent AirHelp at conferences, meetings, and public forums.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align public affairs activities with company objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, workshops, and meetings with policymakers and stakeholders to promote AirHelp's mission.
