Join the Team: Service Manager for Azure AD

Location: Spain, Germany or Czechia-based (with 100% remote possible)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent role

Salary guide: 55-60,000+ Euro/year

About the role

This is a global role, where you’ll be leading the Azure AD service from their IT Center of Excellence. As the Service Manager for Azure AD, you’ll ensure that Azure AD stays secure, well-maintained, and aligned with partners’ agreements and internal security standards. You’ll have a central role in shaping and managing this essential service for the entire enterprise globally.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with service providers to resolve Azure AD issues, ensuring efficient technical support for escalations.
  • Prepare and optimize their infrastructure for seamless cloud operations.
  • Keep all services secure by addressing known vulnerabilities promptly.
  • Ensure our anti-malware solutions are active and effective across all servers.
  • Guide servers through the onboarding process with the Privilege Access Management tool for added security.
  • Maintain compliance with internal security standards and group policies.
  • Partner with local teams and projects to adjust service use, ensuring it's the best fit for the needs.
  • Lead efforts to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Track and manage SLAs and KPIs to meet service contract expectations.


Who we're looking for:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an IT system engineering role in an IAM/Active Directory/Azure AD
  • Strong Technology and IT Infrastructure background
  • You have experience working in large, global organisations and environments, familiar with complex business processes and working with teams across various regions.
  • You have hands-on experience managing or working closely with outsourcing partners and service providers.
  • You have a degree in Information Systems or a similar field
  • Project Management education and experience
  • ITIL v3 certified
  • You don't mind occasional travel
