  • Coordinate with product owners to ensure Windows agents (e.g. antivirus) are up-to-date and properly configured
  • Manage Windows compliance and remediation, benchmarking systems against standards like NIST and CIS
  • Oversee Windows licensing and optimise usage
  • Drive the migration to a hybrid cloud Windows architecture leveraging Azure
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure a consistent, secure Windows platform

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable in large, global companies and environments, familiar with complex business processes and working with teams across various regions.
  • Understanding of virtual machine management in on-premises and cloud (Azure) environments
  • Familiarity with Active Directory concepts like OUs, tiering, and workgroups
  • Willingness to learn Azure-native hardening and security policies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, or other Windows deployment/management tools
  • Azure Administrator or Azure Security certifications
  • Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools

Some Benefits:

  • Relocation assistance: We’re here to help with your move (if applicable)
  • Yearly bonus of up to 10% of your salary
  • 25 days of paid vacation, plus an extra 6 sick days
  • Training and courses, 100% fully covered
  • Work from modern, comfortable offices, or work from home full-time
