Remote Immigration Consultation Attorney – Join a Mission-Driven Legal Team

Are you a passionate U.S.-licensed attorney with a heart for immigration law and the skills to guide clients through life-changing legal journeys? Our fast-growing, client-focused immigration firm is seeking a Remote Immigration Consultation Attorney to join our dedicated team immediately.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Conduct thorough, compassionate, and strategic legal consultations with prospective clients across a wide range of immigration matters, including:

    • Family-based immigration

    • Employment-based petitions

    • Humanitarian relief (VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, Asylum)

  • Provide clear legal guidance and assess case eligibility

  • Support clients onboarding and contribute to a smooth, welcoming start to their legal journey

  • Handle select casework and help drive client retention and firm growth through expert communication and care



What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed U.S. Attorney (admitted to practice in any state)

  • 1+ year of hands-on immigration law experience, including consultations

  • Strong knowledge of USCIS processes, humanitarian relief, and legal strategy

  • Clear communicator with empathy, professionalism, and confidence

  • A client-first mindset and a drive to support people through complex legal pathways

  • Experience in business development or client retention is a plus
