Schedule:  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Magnolia, TX Time

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform expert to join our team. This role will be pivotal in leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem to build innovative and efficient solutions that will directly impact our team's productivity and drive key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across the Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Lists, and SharePoint, with a strong preference for coding abilities and experience in creating native Microsoft applications. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying autonomous agents, a home sales platform, and automated reporting systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy autonomous agents utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate to streamline individual team member workflows and responsibilities.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive home sales platform leveraging Microsoft Power BI and Graph, ensuring data accuracy, insightful visualizations, and seamless integration with other Microsoft services.
  • Build and implement an automated reporting system for both internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and external project updates, utilizing Power Automate and potentially Power BI for data presentation.
  • Utilize your coding skills to extend the capabilities of the Power Platform and create custom solutions as needed.
  • Develop native applications within the Microsoft environment to address specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with team members across different departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Power Platform solutions to ensure performance and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on developed solutions.
  • Document developed solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.


Requirements
Essential:
  • Proven expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
    • Copilot Studio: Demonstrated ability to build and deploy intelligent chatbots and virtual agents.
    • Power Automate (Flow): Extensive experience in designing and implementing automated workflows and business processes.
    • Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven): Solid understanding and experience in building custom business applications.
    • Microsoft Lists: Proficiency in utilizing Lists for data management and collaboration.
    • SharePoint Online: Deep understanding of SharePoint site structure, list and library management, and workflow automation capabilities.
  • Strong preference for coding abilities (e.g., JavaScript, C#, or other relevant languages) to enhance Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience in creating native applications within the Microsoft environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).
  • Solid understanding of data integration principles and experience connecting to various data sources.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
