Job description

Your mission

As a Technical Operations Manager for South Western Europe, you'll play a key role in optimizing processes, enhancing service quality, and driving operational excellence across the region. You'll be the bridge between technical teams and local markets, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Further to that your responsibilllties are but not limited to:

Manage and maintain product issue resolution and service continuity within the region, including SOP support and manual development.
Collaborate with Technical Quality teams to streamline processes, resolve issues quickly, and improve cross-team coordination.
Support electric station installations by refining procedures, coordinating logistics, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Work cross-functionally to address regional needs, ensure readiness, and align with budget requirements.
Analyze, interpret, and improve operational data to track performance and identify trends

Your profile

Tech-savvy, energetic, and proactive, with a strong analytical mindset and a natural talent for problem-solving.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Excellent command of English and Spanish (B2+); French is a strong plus.
Passionate about urban mobility, cycling, and sustainable transport, with a keen interest in improving city liveability.
