Job description

This is a remote position.

An amazing opportunity to work with a leading Australian Commercial Fencing Contractors Company for an experienced, vibrant, and highly motivated Estimator VA. 

Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the internal team, you will be a self-starting, highly organised, and experienced Estimator VA.

General Purpose
To provide clients with an estimate on fencing projects and maintain a gross profit margin of a minimum 40%.

Main Tasks and Role Responsibilities
•   Estimating of fencing projects (this may include liaising with the client)
•  Completing tender cover sheets for issue to General Manager
•   Procurement of pricing on required materials for estimating
•  Providing accurate data through Estimating Pipeline and Management Reports
•  Ability to log into industry related portals and identify and quote for fencing projects
•  Follow up quoted jobs with clients



Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Fencing industry estimating or the construction industry (preferred not essential)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Trade certificate in a relevant field such as construction or fencing (preferable not essential)
  • Familiarity with EstimateOne (E1), SIMPRO or similar software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal



Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)

• Use of time tracking software during work hours

• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON

• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift

• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task

 

⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

1.     Monthly Salary: Php 35,000

2.     Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

3.     You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4.     Probation: 6 months and after Probation             

  • 10 days annual leave credits
  •  5 days of sick leave

5.     HMO offered after 6-months probation

6.     Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7.     Annual Salary Review

8.     Laptop provided after 30 days

9.    Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

10. SHIFT TIMES: 7:30AM to 4:30PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday



Salary:

Php 35,000
