About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Web Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing engaging and user-friendly websites and are capable of creating approximately 100 interactive designs in a month. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Figma, with a strong understanding of design principles and a track record of delivering high-quality designs. Familiarity with the US market and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Prototyping: Create and iterate on website and landing page designs using Figma, including expertise in Auto Layout, prototyping, and component creation.
Design Principles: Apply principles of color theory, typography, and wireframing to craft visually appealing and effective designs.
Project Execution: Ensure that all designs align with the client's brand guidelines and overall aesthetic.
Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other UI elements.
Maintain consistency in design across all web pages and applications.
Market Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of the US market to inform design decisions and tailor designs to meet client needs and preferences.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Clearly articulate design decisions and provide constructive feedback.
