You Need to Have Experience with:
Support, investigation, detailing, and troubleshooting complex technical solutions in production.
Proficient in SQL for querying databases and skilled in creating scripts and service processes.
Experience with Bug Management.
Background in ITSM / ITIL.

You Will Stand Out If You Have:
Fluent English skills.
Experience with control tools.
Technical proficiency to understand and support Adobe Journey Optimizer (CRM system).
