Italian Sales Agent -Remote in Portugal

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Remote work within Portugal available)
Language Requirement: Fluent Italian + good English
Contract Type: CDD – 6 Months (Fixed-Term)
Salary: €1024/month for 14 months + €225/month for 12 months in performance bonuses

We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who are ready to make a real impact. You’ll work remotely from anywhere in Portugal while helping Italian-speaking clients find solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage with potential Italian-speaking customers
• Present products and services clearly and effectively
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Italian
• Good communication skills in English
• Previous experience in sales or customer interaction is a plus
• Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivation
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization in Portugal
• Comfortable working remotely with good time management
